Sherwood Electronics invests in new Next Generation Equipment
As part of Sherwood Electronics planned program of investment to increase capacity and capability - Sherwood Electronics have installed on site a brand new Wirmec AM310 Quattro Cut, Strip and Terminate machine.
The AM310 Quattro Cut, Strip and Terminate Machine is capable of accurately processing very small single core discrete wires from 11-26 AWG (0.13 mm2 to 4.0 mm2) its modular design can also be equipped with up to four processing stations allowing it to be optimised based upon customer specific cable assembly requirements.
Termination options - Single and Double ended crimping, including Pre-insulated terminals and Ferrules- Single ended crimping to a tinned end - adding a weather seal to one end and terminate a crimp or tin the opposite end of the assembly.
Producing, using Molex and JST components, the following cable assembly types - Molex Mini-fit Junior - Molex Micro fit 3.0 - Molex Picoblade 1.25mm - Molex VH Series 3.96mm - Molex KK Series 2.54mm and 3.96mm - JST PH and XH cable assemblies - Other cable assembly types are manufactured - Contact the sales office to request a quotation or to discuss your cable assembly requirements.
